Call-first material warnings

Usually okay for a standard cleanup load

  • Household junk, boxes, old shelving, and general clutter
  • Furniture and bulky items that are not restricted by disposal rules
  • Drywall, trim, cabinets, flooring, and light remodel debris
  • Wood, deck boards, fence boards, and small demolition debris
  • Branches, brush, yard cleanup, and outdoor junk
  • Roofing debris when the weight is discussed before booking

Call first before loading

These are not automatically impossible, but they can affect weight, disposal rules, or pricing:

  • Concrete, dirt, rock, brick, sod, tile, and mortar
  • Appliances, electronics, mattresses, and oversized bulky items
  • Shingles from larger roof tear-offs
  • Anything unusually dense, wet, sharp, or difficult to unload

Still unsure?

Call before you load something questionable.
